Dining Hall

The Dining Hall is where all the monastic and devotees have meals during the meal time. It can occupy around 200 people. It serves a vegetarian buffet-style meal following the Sunday Service and hosts dharma activities.
There are five contemplation during the meal time:

To assess one’s own merit and contemplate the source of this food

To think about our own morality and conduct in receiving the offering, whether sufficient or not

To guard one’s mind against faults, greed in particular

To regard this food as the medicine to cure our weakening body

To accept this food in order to make accomplishments with our spiritual cultivation
