佛光山光明寺歡迎您！
佛光山光明寺自1992年成立以來，秉持星雲大師人間佛教的理念，及佛光山「文化、教育、慈善、共修」四大弘法宗旨，每年舉辦各類活動、講座、及多項才藝班，並不定期捐贈英文書籍給各大學及圖書館；在慈善救濟方面，持續支持貧困學童、定期捐贈無家可歸流浪者飲食、探望兒童殘障之家，以尊重與包容的理念，落實佛法本土化。
光明寺結合傳統精神與現代設備，為一全方位道場，除佛教殿堂，也是教育推廣與文化宣揚的中心；除此之外，本寺並設有「懷恩堂」，提供美國東南區華人及當地人士慎終追遠之用。
佛光山光明寺，不但是佛州當地佛教信眾的信仰中心，也為東西方文化交流的重要場所，歡迎各界人士參觀及使用。
