  4. Subdivision Shirt
  5. Subdivision posters and materials are to brought to temple on August 5th for set-up.
  6. Annual Report (10 minute max.)
  7. Money, Money, Money. (Registration Fees, Tour Fees, and pocket money for shopping and meals. Conference meals will be provided. If you have already paid for tour and registration fees, please disregard.)
  8. Laptops are allowed at hotel only. (Wi-Fi is available at hotel)
  9. Pack clothing for 4 days, 3 nights for conference
  10. Swimming suits (pool is available during free time)
  11. If you are attending Tour, please pack additional clothing.
    1. Weather will be hot and possibly rainy, pack accordingly
    2. Shorts and T-shirts are recommended for Tour

Rules of Conference

we all have rules. try your best to follow them!

  1. Cell phones must be set to silent at all times. As a courtesy to guest speakers, Venerables, VIPs, and fellow peers, please refrain from using cell phone during lectures, group discussions, or in the main shrine.
  2. No sandals may be worn during the conference or in the temple. They are permitted during the tour.
  3. Rooms will be assigned, please stay with your assigned rooms.

Subdivision Sign-ups

Poster

  1. 3'x5' maximum area for posters (if you need more space, it shouldn't be a problem). Creativity is essential. Look at some past designs!

    2. Annual Report

  2. Please allow your presentations to be no more than 10 minutes. All videos, slideshows, etc, must be submitted with proper playing instructions to staff at Conference Registration.

    3. Performances

  3. If you signed up for a performance. Please have music or props ready. Submit all materials at registration, to be held in a safe place.

All this requires exact names and number of attendees. Even transportation has to be arranged for your planned arrival. so get your flight information into us asap!
